ngOnInit 不需要 import ??

最近照著官方網站的教程做練習
自己亂 try 的時候
發現 ngOnInit 就算沒有 import OnInit 也沒有 implement OnInit 還是可以 work
請問這樣正常嗎 ??

typescript最後會轉成javascript，javascript又沒有implements，當然可以動
